• "Services" refers to GrozAI's AI-powered enterprise solutions, including but not limited to call center QA, retail analytics, healthcare AI, and related products.

5. Payment Terms

7.2 AI Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in our AI solutions, we do not guarantee that the outputs will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for validating AI-generated insights before making business decisions.

Our Services may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrozAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrozAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation: Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Mediation: If negotiations fail, mediation through an agreed mediator
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt

12. General Provisions
